Pre-Construction
We know that project success begins in the preconstruction phase. Each project is kicked off by a consultation with our President and a seasoned project manager to fully understand the goals of your project. Preconstruction services such as cost-estimating, value engineering, scheduling, budgeting, lead time management, and constructability reviews ensure optimal efficiency and plans are put in place in advance of project kick-off.

BUILDING ENVELOPE
A building envelope is the component that separates the exterior of the building from the interior. It's the shell of the building, and as such, it is a key consideration when constructing. It affects the ventilation, climate, energy consumption, and protection of occupants and interiors, the entire exterior building system. The building envelope includes the materials that comprise the foundation, wall assembly, roofing systems, glazing, doors, and any other penetrations. The connections and compatibility between these elements are critical to ensure that the building envelope functions as intended.

TENANT BUILD-OUTS
A build-out is the activities executed in a commercial space to meet the needs of a tenant. These types of projects typically involve an architect for design and ensure that the tenant’s investment is well spent by making the space functional to their needs.
